ITF Hall of Fame

The ITF Hall of Fame Australia was created to celebrate the great achievements and contributions of ITF members throughout the Pacific and Asian regions.

With many fine Taekwon-Do practitioners, regional pioneers and high performers, the region has become one of the strong holds of the International Taekwon-Do Federation and now earns and deserves the respect it receives.

The ITF Hall of Fame welcomes members from all ITF practicing schools, who continue the legacy of the Founder, General Choi Hong Hi, through the adherence and promotion of his teachings.

We welcome supporters and nominees for the various categories, which you will see described in the relevant links in this website.

The Inaugural event in 2017 was a huge success with attendees and nominees from across Australia and New Zealand, and some very worthy and proud inductees.

The follow up success in early 2018 was an even bigger success with the presence of Taekwon-Do pioneers, overseas Grandmasters and the son of the Founder, General Choi Hong Hi.

The event has rapidly grown and was followed up by a sold-out event in 2018, featuring 3 Grandmasters and 10 ITF Masters in attendance, from various organizations, who travelled from UK, Canada, Korea, New Zealand and across Australia for the event.

The 2023 event was a another memorable evening, with a sell-out attendance, and a record number of inductees from across Australia, New Zealand and Nepal.
